The easiest way to think about it is: passport-style photograph.
It is an official identification document. The photograph is used to identify the player at the start of matches. It is not a profile picture for The Gram!
If a photograph is unclear or does not meet these basic requirements, we will reject the registration and it will need to be resubmitted.
Clubs should therefore be checking photographs before submitting registrations to the League. With the volume of players we are processing, rejecting and rechecking avoidable photo issues creates a considerable amount of additional work for our volunteers.
A quick check at club level really does help us all.

Players are not permitted to register for more than one team in the same age group on the same day competition.
The cut off each week for registering players will be 9pm on Thursday. Requests after this time will not be eligible to play on the next Saturday.
The registration has to be submitted and received on the Club Portal before 9pm on Thursday. Any received after this time will not be actioned until the following week and therefore the player will not be permitted to play until approval has been given by the League.
Deadline for registering or transferring players:
U7-U11 = Thursday 25th February 2027
U12+ = Thursday 28th January 2027
No exceptions to the rules above.
