It is important to communicate this as soon as possible with the opposition team. If this is a last minute cancellation due to forces beyond your control, please use the fastest method to communicate. Fixtures Secretary phone numbers are included on the Club Contact List.
Please also send email confirmation to the appropriate year group Fixtures Secretary.
Fixtures within the unpublished age groups U7-11 will not be rescheduled. All games will be marked as Postponed within Full Time.
Published age group (U12+) games cancelled for any reason other than pitch conditions or a school event (evidence may be required,) will result in the game being awarded to the non-defaulting team.
Games will be awarded if the defaulting team cancels games due to lack of players or a suitable coach not being available.
You do not need to enter the details on the Match Day App, but you must inform the correct age group Fixtures Secretary. Failure to do this may result in a fine being issued.
