When raising an incident report against another club, please follow this process.
- Collate all information required. Detailed version of events, including witness statements and supporting documentation.
- Discuss an action plan with your club CWO or Committee Member.
- CWO to contact CWO of accused club to discuss incident and seek resolution.
- Communication if not in writing should be followed up in writing to confirm (via email).
- All email communication between clubs should cc report@fdyfl.com
- It is the responsibility of clubs to find resolution.
- The League will oversee reports and collate this information.
- The League will take action when required. Repeat offenders will be investigated.
- It is the primary responsibility of clubs to manage the behaviour of their members and volunteers.
