Submitting a Match Report (Match returns) in Matchday App.
All teams are required to complete the mandatory information requested using the Matchday App (see website page: Procedures > Matchday App)
Completion is required by both the Home team and the Away team.
All of the following information is mandatory and therefore required (please make sure the
information entered is for the correct game by checking the date and the opposition prior to
completion):
The Matchday App entry is the record of the match and will be used should an issue arise post-match. This is particularly pertinent in the event of an injury and subsequent insurance claim.
Charges will be issued to clubs for persistent non or partial completion by individual teams.
