Last season, this age group had a small Div1 with 8 teams. Only 3 of those 8 remain for this season with the others switching to Sunday football or disbanding. The increase in Div1 from 8 teams to 11, as requested by the majority of clubs. Plus the loss of other teams, means that there is a shift in the team rankings. Many teams within Div2 are now in Div1 but this is relative to the other teams in this division - and same story for the remaining divisions. The season will consist of teams playing twice - Home and Away. And a cup competition.
